Seneca/Clemson is the epicenter of the Upstate's most thriving communities. Located near Lake Hartwell and Clemson University. Tin Valley provides customizable event packages which include tables/chairs/beverage stations, decor rentals and more which are the backbone for creating a seamless, turnkey event for our clients. Our venue features five unique spaces that can cater to events of all sizes. Celebrate and host a party, hold your company’s annual board meeting, have a country barn dance, or plan your next Clemson event with us.
All of our spaces can include access to a prep kitchen so you can bring your own caterer or food trucks onsite. We also encourage everyone to use our wonderful vendors.

What Makes us Unique
OUR GREEN SPACE:
We have grassy areas for tent set up, ceremonies, receptions, yard games and our fire pit.

OUR WOODS:
We can host dinners or ceremonies in the woods as well as provide shaded seating areas amidst our mature trees and wooded lane.

OUR PATIO:
Our outdoor patio overlooks the woods and can serve as a cocktail or food area or provide for table seating.
OUR HALL:
We can accommodate up to 150 guests in our comfortable air conditioned & heated hall. The space includes many wonderful vintage details and is the perfect backdrop for our tables and chairs as well as our custom bar station. ADA restrooms are conveniently located here.
OUR FRONT PORCH:
We can seat up to 60 guests on our outdoor covered porch. It has direct access to ADA parking and restrooms.
