We invite you to celebrate your rehearsal dinner and/or your special day and begin your journey at Tin Valley Events. We are nestled in Seneca, SC which is the epicenter of the Golden Triangle/Upstate's most thriving communities. Located between Lake Hartwell and Clemson and only forty minutes from Greenville, Tin Valley Events is centrally located to allow for convenience and comfort for your special day. We are the areas newest rustic venue which specializes in wedding packages and rehearsal dinner packages which include Sunday-Friday half day and Monday-Sunday full day rentals as well as offer unique and, hard to find, in-house decor, signs and vehicle rentals. Our offerings create and customize wedding events to provide one of a kind experiences for our clients. Our venue features four unique spaces that can cater to wedding events of many sizes. The main event hall seats 150 people comfortably and the expansive porch seats 60 people outside. The side patio and the wooded areas can cater to your wedding style and function. We also have a grassy area which can be utilized for a large tent or for outdoor games.
Our building is a 2,500 square foot fully heated and air conditioned building. The patio areas are an additional 2,500 square feet and the front porch is an additional 700 square feet. The lawns and wooded areas provide for additional space. All of our spaces can include access to our prep kitchen, with drive up access, so you can bring your own caterer or foodtruck(s) onsite. Includes a bar, ADA access, restrooms/parking and on site parking lot.
Wedding Packages
(3) Hour block and up to 30 people (Tuesday-Thursday)
Includes tables/chairs and option of inside OR outside location. No bridal room.
Includes prep kitchen and (1) bar.
Preparation and clean up time to be included in the (3) hour block.
Limited decorating. Ceremony possible. No rehearsal.

(4) hour block and up to 75 people (Tuesday-Friday)
Includes tables/chairs, (1) bar and inside and outside locations. Can include lawn/game areas and fire pit. No bridal room. No ceremony. Limited decorating.
Includes (1) hour of prep/vendor time, (2) hours of event time and (1) hour of clean up.
Includes use of prep kitchen and (1) bar.
$1,500.00**
** An additional hour is available for $250.00

Half Day (Up to 6 hours) and up to 75 people (Tuesday-Friday)
(3 hour event) and (1.50 hour preparation and (1.50 hour clean up).
Includes tables/chairs and use of inside and outside locations, (2) bars and Bridal Room.
Choice of inside or outside ceremony locations.
Preparation and clean up time to be included in the (6) hour block.
$2,000.00*
*Recommended for minimal decorating and if limited entertainment time is preferred

Full day (Up to 12 hours) and up to 150 people (Friday and Sunday)
(4-5) hour event and (5-6) hour preparation/vendor delivery and (2) hour clean up.
Includes tables/chairs and use of inside and outside locations, (2) bars and Bridal Room.
Choice of inside or outside ceremony locations.
Preparation and clean up time to be included in the (12) hour block.
$2,500,00*
*Recommended if substantial decorating and more after dinner entertainment time is needed.

Full day (up to 12 hours) and up to 150 people. (Saturday)
(4-5 hour event) and (5-6) hour preparation/vendor delivery and (2) hour clean up.
Includes tables/chairs and use of inside and outside locations and Bridal Room.
Choice of inside or outside ceremony locations.
Preparation and clean up time to be included in the (12) hour block.

If Tin Valley Events chairs and/or tables are not used, a $250 fee is applicable if we are to set up chairs. If Tin Valley tables and chairs are not used, the vendors are responsible to break down and remove their chairs and all set up/removal of their tables.

All reservations require 50% non refundable deposit and refundable damage deposit of $500.00. 4% charge for credit cards.
Rehearsal times are one hour and included in the prep time for (12) hour reservations. They usually occur same day at 11am. Otherwise all other requested rehearsals, will be scheduled as the schedule allows on Thursday mornings or Thursday evenings. Reserving a Sapphire Lake Casual Rehearsal Dinner/Meet and Greet along with a wedding reservation will allow for a rehearsal in conjunction with a Sapphire Lake package.
